The Sparkle Inspection Department: |
Mary’s House Sparkle Cleaning Co. is committed to quality service. We’ve dedicated an entire department to quality control. The Sparkle Inspection Department consists of our Chief Sparkle Inspector, Sparkle Inspector, and Sparkle Specialists.
Everyone participates. We meet weekly to review cleaning techniques, improve basic cleaning skills, and exchange information that will make your home sparkle even brighter.
Mary’s surprise sparkle inspections keep her cleaners on top of their game. |

Training for Quality: |
Our Sparkle Specialists are trained to: |
- Approach each cleaning systematically, beginning with cobwebs, window sills, and baseboards and finishing with sweeping the front entrance way. Our Lead Sparkle Specialist oversees the job from start to finish.
- Use correct solvents for each surface including granite, marble, limestone and other surfaces common in Marin County homes.
- Use proper cleaning tools to avoid scratching and/or abrasions and only the solvents you’ve approved (some clients prefer non-toxic products, available through our green clean service, or provided by the client).
- Clean only with the sponges and bucket assigned to your home, preventing the transfer of germs from other homes.

We Want Your Feedback: |
Every three months, Mary’s House Sparkle Co. asks clients to fill out a brief customer survey. If you’re not happy with our service, we make the necessary changes at the next cleaning.
Mary is available any time to review your Service Agreement and update new cleaning needs. |

Sparkle Specialist Incentive Program: |
Worker incentives are integral to quality service at Mary’s House Sparkle Co. Our Sparkle Specialists receive financial compensation beyond their hourly wage for being punctual and continuing to provide excellent customer service. They also receive points and bonuses for their cleaning knowledge and additional compensation when first-time customers become regular clients. |
