Who will be cleaning my home?

A team of three Sparkle Specialists (the same faces every time) will clean your home. The cleaners are uniformed, licensed and bonded. They will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while in your home.

 
 

What time will MHSCC be at my home?

Our early visits start as early as 8:00am. We are usually finished and through with the day by 5:00. At first We can arrange morning or afternoon appointments. Once you are an on-going client we can promise early or late morning appointments and early or late afternoons.

 
 

What do i do before the cleaning?

So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible. We ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.

 
 

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

Marys House Sparkle Cleaning Company treat your home with complete care and respect However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, we will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item.

 
 

What if i have a comment or complaint?

Please call the office (415.256.9565) within 24 hours after your scheduled clean to expedite any corrections that may need to be made in the cleaning of your home. Periodically, we will leave a "Sparkle Inspection Survey" to fill out to let us know how well you feel we are performing.

 
 

Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

No. MHSCC brings all the equipment and cleaning supplies.

 
 

Do I need to be home when MHSCC comes?

Most of our customers are not home when we clean. Only the "Sparkle Specialists" who clean your home will have access to your home. If you are at home during our visit we will work around you. Since our cleaners are trained to know exactly how to clean your home we request that you do not interfere or interrupt them unless absolutely necessary.

 
 

Do you clean windows?

We do the windows above the sink as part of our standard cleaning. Other ACCESSIBLE windows may be scheduled in advance by calling Mary to make an appointment to visit the home and survey the job. There may be an additional charge, depending on the job.

 
 

Do you clean refrigerators?

Please call Mary and/or leave a note when you would like to have your refrigerator cleaned. An additional charge of $20 will be assessed for this service. Please include this fee on the date of service requested.

 
 

Do you clean inside ovens?

Please call Mary and/or leave a note when you would like to have your oven cleaned. An additional charge of $20 will be assessed for this service. Please include this fee on the date of service requested.

 
 

Do I need to give you a key?

You may give us a key or leave one in an agreed-upon hiding place, Which ever feels most comfortable to you. If you decide to give us a key MHSCC makes sure all house keys are kept in an organized color coded method to insure your added security. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lockout charge.

 
 

What about holidays or changing a scheduled appointment?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 72-hour notice

 
 

How do I pay for the service?

Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in one of our payment envelopes, on the day of the clean, made payable to MHSCC. You may choose to pay in advance monthly, or we can invoice you. Credit cards are also taken over the phone.
